Pulse Baghouse Dust Collector is a dry industrial dust removal equipment for flue gas particulate purification. It adopts pulse jet self-cleaning filtration technology, with high-efficiency filter bags to capture fine dust including PM2.5. The overall structure includes air inlet box, filter chamber, pulse cleaning system, ash hopper, exhaust fan and PLC automatic control cabinet.
Dusty air enters the equipment, coarse dust falls into the ash hopper by gravity, fine dust adheres to the outer surface of filter bags; clean air penetrates the filter bags and discharges up to environmental standards. When dust accumulates, the PLC system automatically triggers compressed air pulse blowing to shake off dust into ash hopper, realizing continuous stable operation.
