PAC Poly Aluminium Chloride

Description:

Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) is a high-efficiency inorganic polymer coagulant widely used in water purification industry. It features strong adsorption, fast floc formation, large and compact flocs, and excellent sedimentation performance. Compared with traditional ferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate, PAC has lower dosage, wider applicable pH range and less residual metal ion in treated water.

Product Specifications

Appearance: Yellow / light yellow / off-white fine powder

Al₂O₃ Content: 22%–30% (standard industrial grade, high purity food grade optional)

Basicity: 60%–95%

Insoluble Matter: ≤1.0%

CAS No.: 1327-41-9

Main Application

Municipal domestic sewage & tap water purification

Industrial wastewater treatment: textile, printing, paper-making, mining, electroplating, food processing

Underground water fluoride removal, heavy metal ion removal

Industrial circulating water, swimming pool water clarification

Sludge dewatering auxiliary treatment

Product Advantages

✅ Fast flocculation speed, rapid settlement, shorten water treatment cycle

✅ Works well in pH 4–12, no need to adjust water pH frequently

✅ Low corrosiveness to pipeline and equipment

✅ Less sludge output, reduce sludge disposal cost

✅ High removal rate for turbidity, COD, fluoride and suspended solids

✅ Stable storage, not easy to degrade in dry environment

Packaging & Storage

Package: 25kg kraft paper bag with PE moisture-proof inner liner, 1000kg jumbo bag for bulk order, customized packaging available

Storage: Keep sealed, store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; avoid rain and dampness to prevent agglomeration

Shelf life: 24 months under proper storage

Usage Method

Dissolve PAC powder with clean water at 5%–10% concentration, stir fully until completely dissolved, then add the liquid solution into the water tank according to water turbidity. The standard dosage is 5–30g per cubic meter of raw water, adjust dosage based on actual water quality test.
